To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $15-$60 depending on the service. This will be deducted from the total amount on the day of your appointment. Please note that we cannot hold dates without a deposit due to high demand and last-minute cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

We want to remind you that all bookings will receive a confirmation message 48 hours prior to the appointment If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid losing your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


When it comes to appointments, we value the time of both our clients and staff. To that everyone's schedule runs smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late prior communication, you may risk forfeiting your appointment and need to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will do our best to reschedule it within a reasonable timeframe and without any additional fees, as long as it done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please note that the new appointment be subject to availability.
