HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ARE YOUR LASHES CRUELTY FREE?

All of our Luxury 3D Mink lashes are hand made cruelty free lashes as well as all our lashes are thoroughly sanitized and sterilized.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REUSE A PAIR OF FALSE EYELASHES?

Our Luxury 3D Mink lashes are individually hand made. Our lashes are made to last through multiple wears between 15 - 25 times if maintained and stored well.

WHAT GLUE GOES BEST WITH OUR LASHES?

We recommend using the brand Modelrock Lash Adhesive Clear 'Latex Free which is a best-selling lash adhesive which you can also purchase from our site.

HOW TO USE OUR BLACK ADHESIVE LINER

Shake well before use. Apply 2-3 layers onto the eyelid and then place your lash directly on-top of the eyeliner and press it down. Re-apply eyeliner for maximum hold and to prevent lifting. Not only can our lash adhesive be used for lashes but it can also be used as a normal liner.

Our lash adhesive is also waterproof!

Optional: Apply our adhesive liner to the false lash band for extra security.

NOTE:

The liner will not work at it's full capability with a lash band that has been previously used with lash glue, unless fully cleaned.

HOW TO WASH OUR MARSHMALLOW SPONGES

Our Marshmallow sponge's aren't like any other beauty blenders. Our Marshmallow sponge is extremely soft.

Use gentle shampoo such as baby shampoo, bar of soap or a blender cleaner.

Your sponge will lose it's shape whilst squeezing the water out of it, however it will bounce back into its original shape once left to dry naturally.

Don't:

Do not squeeze your marshmallow sponge excessively / too hard whilst being wet. Please be gentle and don't rub the marshmallow sponge too hard as this can result in tears and do not overly wash them.

At Beauty By Bella Cosmetics we offer purchasing our lashes in bulk, whether you are a certified makeup artist or self taught, we will always supply and support.

To purchase lashes at a BULK DISCOUNT you must purchase the following:

30% off when purchasing over 25 pairs of lashes

40% off when purchasing over 50 pairs of lashes

WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Beauty By Bella Cosmetics does not offer any exchange or refunds due to sanitary purpose. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent to you as all our lashes are checked before they are sent please email Beautybybellacosmetics@gmail.com so we can investigate and consider a replacement.

HOW DO I APPLY FALSE LASHES?

Remove lashes carefully from tray using tweezers.
Hold the lash to your eyelash line to measure if the lash needs to be trimmed. Use tip of scissors to cut.
Take the edges of band and bend in U shape to curl it to your eye shape.
Apply your lash glue on the lash band and let it sit for 30 seconds until it becomes tacky.
Use your fingers, tweezers or a lash applicator to stick the lash on as close as possible to your natural lash line. Tip: Start from inner corner, then middle to outer corner.
Allow the eyelashes to dry for a couple of minutes before applying mascara to ensure the lashes are stuck on properly.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY FALSE LASHES?

Our lashes are made for multiple use with the correct care.

Remove glue build up after each wear. This can be done by holding down the lash securely and peeling the excess glue off from one end to the other with your fingers carefully.
Try to avoid using mascara on your false lashes. At Beauty By Bella Cosmetics our lashes are made with extra length/volume, so mascara isn’t needed, but if you desire to wear mascara, apply it to your natural lash first before applying the falsies. This will avoid mascara build up and will lengthen the longevity of your lashes.
After removing and cleaning the lashes after a pair, place it back into the original box to avoid damage and keep them clean.
Do not wet the lashes as they are made of real mink fur, like natural lashes wetting them may ruin the shape.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, make sure none in your household or building has received your package. Contact your local post office to see if they have it on hold for you. If still not found, email Beautybybellacosmetics@gmail.com and we will further investigate.
